Available languages for MathType Web

This article lists the languages available in MathType for HTML editors, including their native names and configuration codes.

Requirements/Prerequisites:

MathType Web or a supported MathType integration.
Access to the integration configuration if you want to set a specific language.

Concepts:

Language code: The locale identifier used when configuring the MathType interface language.
Native name: The language name displayed in its own language.

Arabic support

Arabic (ar) includes additional features beyond interface translation:

Right-to-left and mixed writing modes.
Formula mirroring.
Arabic-Indic and Eastern Arabic-Indic numbering systems.

Not all languages are available in every MathType integration.
