Returns the rank of a matrix.

Syntax

rank(Matrix)

Given a matrix, returns its rank. If the option submatrix is true, it returns a matrix.

Below is a complete list of options that may be used in rank function.

Option	Description	Format	Default value
method	We can choose the method to be used from the following: `smart` and `free_division_gauss`.	`{method="free_division_gauss"}`	`smart`
submatrix	We can choose to show the minor with rank equal to the rank of the original matrix.	`{submatrix=true}`	`false`
